This job is a unique opportunity to learn how to operate a startup - from Finance to Talent, GTM & operations. 🚀 What we are looking for: Recent graduation from one of the world's top universities You have completed internships in top investment banks, leading startups or Tier 1 consultancies You have experience in (financial) modeling, building automations and developing sales processes You are extremely driven and have a track record to prove that, as we expect a very high level of structure and ownership from you Full proficiency in German (C2) and English Please note that this role requires a high level of office presence Nice to have: You just finished your studies and are looking for a 3 month internship with opportunity to join full-time. 🚀 What you will be working on: GTM & Operations : Support the structure of our international expansion. You will work on central topics across our commercial departments to multiply our revenue. Talent : We need to find the best talent there is to build a world-class organization. In close cooperation with the comstruct leadership you will source some of the most relevant positions.
