This position will work from each CCH clinic (Stout Street Health Center, West End Health Center and 48th Avenue Health Center) as needed. Shift hours are Monday thru Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm and will cover Wednesday rotation from 9:00 am - 5:30 pm. The Enrollment Specialist works within a multi-disciplinary care team performing both independent and delegated duties, including registration and financial screening functions to determine eligibility for health benefit coverage under various healthcare assistance programs. As part of the Client Access team, this role also assists with front desk and lobby functions by greeting and directing clients, vendors, and visitors, while providing customer service and office support to ensure seamless access to care.
