The Enrollment and Student Communication Coordinator develops, coordinates, and implements student communication strategies that support admissions, enrollment, onboarding, retention, re-engagement, and completion efforts. Responsible for supervising outreach and communication staff, supports CRM administration and training, assisting with communication workflow development, and collaborating with Enrollment Management, Student Success, Marketing, and Information Technology to ensure a coordinated and effective student communication experience. **SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Student Communication and Engagement (40%)** - Develop and coordinate communication strategies that support student enrollment, onboarding, retention, re-engagement, and completion. - Create and manage targeted communication campaigns utilizing email, text messaging, CRM workflows, and other communication platforms. - Conduct proactive outreach to prospective, newly admitted, returning, and continuing students. - Supervise and train communication support staff assisting with outreach, documentation, and student follow-up. - Ensure timely follow-up and accurate documentation of student interactions within CRM and student information systems. - Monitor communication effectiveness and recomme…
