Our services are designed to ensure your community's outdoor spaces are not only beautiful but also sustainable and functional year-round. **Job Summary:** We’re looking for a motivated and reliable individuals to join our team. This role focuses on installing landscape upgrades, including plants, decorative rock, irrigation adjustments, and other enhancements for residential and commercial properties. **Key Responsibilities:** - Install landscape materials: plants, trees, shrubs, decorative rock, etc. - Perform basic irrigation modifications or assist with install crews. - Operate small landscape equipment and hand tools safely. - Maintain clean and professional job sites during and after work. - Follow project plans, layouts, and instructions from the crew leader or supervisor. - Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors. - Ensure jobs are completed on time and to quality standards. **Requirements:** - 1+ year of landscape or construction experience preferred, but not required. - Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions (heat, dirt, dust). - Valid driver’s license preferred. - Reliable, punctual, and ready to work. - Ability to take direction and work well in a team. **What We Offer:** - Competitive pay based on experience - Opportunities for advancement - Training and development - Steady, year-round work - A team-focused work environment NA
