**Job Overview** Our health insurance company client is looking for a Pharmacy Technician whose primary functions are to create, validate, maintain Carrier Account Group (CAG) Master information in the IRIS system, ensure member level coverage is updated when CAG changes are made and load open refill transfer files (ORTF) as clients implement, change or terminate. If you want to carry out your practice in an office, fast paced environment with great career development opportunities, this role is for you! **Job Responsibilities:** - Process and troubleshoot duplicate member records - Perform CAG updates - Perform Client terms - Full Client, partial, member, ORTF Outbound, ORTF Inbound load - Should be able to perform IRIS CAG bumps/Builds and Adds - Create case/task assignments for CAG requests. - Proactively working assigned tasks – taking ownership; taking action, letting team and leadership know if a roadblock is encountered - Understand how to run duplicate patient report to identify issues or potential issues - Verify and research information in response to task inquiry. Follow through with error issues to resolution with frequent communication for update and resolution status - Review required Mail Order details for client implementations/IRIS CAG builds. - Proactively responding to team inquiries as assigned - Runs reports and uses data to update IRIS system when needed - Makes manual changes in IRIS to accommodate client needs - Daily review of assigned tasks to ensure information updated accurately and timely - Ability to solve problems, be proactive, follow defined processes, make decisions, and apply them to problem results - Demonstrated ability to be a team member, work well within a team setting **Job Requirements:** - Pharmacy Technician certification - High school diploma (GED) or higher degree completed - Customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems OR experience in an office setting environment using the telephone and computer as the primary instruments to perform job duties - Proven intermediate Windows PC navigation proficiency or higher and ability to navigate in multiple systems - Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency **Required Availability:** - Monday to Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm, ability to work occasional overtime including weekends, nights and holidays as business needs require. - On-site at San Juan **Compensation:** - $16.50 per hour ***TPIS is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EEO Employer / Affirmative Action for Females / Disabled / Veterans).
