This role works closely with engineering teams to ensure hardware is built and tested to exact specifications in a fast-paced, high-reliability environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, comfortable working with precision tools and test equipment, and able to follow complex engineering documentation and procedures. We’re working a minimum of 4 days a week onsite as part of our commitment to fostering a culture of professional growth and cross-functional collaboration as we work together to engineer the extraordinary. **Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.** **Key Responsibilities** - Perform functional, environmental, electrical, or mechanical testing according to approved procedures and protocols. - Set up and operate test equipment, fixtures, and instrumentation, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, torque tools, calipers, and microscopes - Accurately record test data and maintain documentation in accordance with quality and regulatory requirements. - Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, work instructions, and technical documentation - Assist with the development, validation, and improvement of test methods and procedures. - Identify, document, and communicate non-conformances, defects, and test discrepancies - Support root cause investigations and corrective actions for hardware or process issues - Work collaboratively to meet schedule and performance goals - Follow all safety, quality, and compliance guidelines, including applicable regulatory standards - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and process optimization - Maintain an organized equipment closet and ensure calibration of tools is maintained - Manage fleet of capital equipment with software deployments, and hardware/firmware updates **Required Qualifications** - 5+ years of relevant technical experience, which may include a combination of practical experience and applicable training, education, or certification. **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience with test equi…
