Engineering Program Manager, CC Desktop + CC Home

**The Opportunity** We’re looking for an experienced Program Manager to join the Home Surfaces team, where you’ll drive end to end delivery of complex initiatives in partnership with our product, design and engineering teams. You will support core product enhancements and growth initiatives within existing experiences while connecting teams across engineering, product, design, and partner organizations to drive effective collaboration and informed decision-making. To see experiences you'll support, visit Home on the web at https://www.adobe.com/home or download the desktop app from https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/download/creative-cloud **What you'll Do** - Drive end-to-end delivery of engineering and growth initiatives, from planning through execution and release - Partner with engineering and product leaders to define scope, milestones, and realistic delivery plans - Own program tracking, including timelines, dependencies, risks, and progress against commitments - Ensure alignment across cross-functional teams and manage dependencies and handoffs - Identify and mitigate risks and blockers to maintain delivery timelines - Improve planning accuracy, predictability, and execution over time - Communicate clear, concise status updates to project teams, partners, and leadership - Reinforce and scale delivery procedures, tools, and processes - Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and efficiency across program execution **What you need to succeed** - Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-geo and cross-functional teams - Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with passionate individuals - Willingness to surface issues early for team to address them before they evolve into risks - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience or minimum of 7-12 years of program management experience preferably with products **About Adobe** Adobe empowers everyone to create through innovative platforms and tools that unleash creativity, productivity and personalized customer experiences.
