The sky is the limit! ## Job Description Become an Engineering team member of the 5 diamond luxury resort, The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, in the Sonoran Desert below the McDowell mountains maintaining refrigeration and HVAC equipment around the resort. - Ensure the overall maintenance of the facility. - Respond to guest room / building call for HVAC, plumbing issues. - Maintain refrigeration and HVAC, boilers, chillers, cooling towers equipment for guest rooms, ballrooms, office, etc. - Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service. ## Qualifications - Previous experience in a maintenance role required. - Boiler, chiller water treatment and HVAC repair - Must have electrical, plumbing and basic maintenance skills. - Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently. - Be able to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs., occasionally be able to kneel, push, pull and lift, and be able to ascend and descend ladders, stairs and ramps. ## Additional Information **Your team and working environment:** A team of Heartists that are committed to working together, supporting each other, and providing the best guest experience, Feel Valued, Feel Sparked, We Are One **Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:** We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent **Why work for Accor?** We are far more than a worldwide leader.
