Build and maintain a motivated, accountable, and psychologically safe team culture. Develop and maintain a 12-month technical roadmap aligned with business and platform strategies. Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Tech Leads, DevOps, and cross-functional teams. Experience with Java, Spring, RestAPI, AWS (Kafka, Postgres), GrafanaCloud, and cloud-native development. Familiarity with Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and SaaS-first approaches. Strong collaboration and communication skills with a growth mindset.
