The Role This Engineering Manager role leads the Portfolio Services team at the core of Addepar’s data platform, driving developer velocity, process automation, and cross-functional execution to deliver high-impact, scalable solutions. We play a pivotal role in enabling data to flow across our data platforms into our client’s instances. Working at the critical intersection of application, analyst, and operations teams, we promote developer velocity and robust process automation. Working with a healthy mix of new technologies and existing core applications, the team thrives on solving complex challenges to deliver high-impact solutions. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Warsaw. The current range for this role is 425,000 - 510,000 złoty (base salary) . Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
