This role is accountable for stakeholder management, squad health, technical direction, and hands-on delivery. You will manage priorities, develop squad engineers, and ensure engineering execution aligns tightly with product and business goals. You’re an empowerer of your squad, ensuring the right things are being delivered, by a team that is growing and functioning well.
