Engineering Manager

About the Team: The Engineering team at Emergent builds the core systems that power our autonomous agents, platform reliability, and product velocity. We operate in an engineering-first environment with high ownership, fast feedback loops, and a strong bias toward shipping. The team works closely with Product, Research, and Design to turn ambitious ideas into production-grade systems. The Role: As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a high-performing team of engineers building and scaling critical platform and product capabilities. You'll balance people leadership with technical depth, ensuring your team delivers reliably while growing in skill, ownership, and impact. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys building strong teams, and wants to shape both systems and culture at scale.
