Whether you're starting out or leveling up, Academy is a place where fun can’t lose! **Education**: - High School diploma or equivalent required - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or relevant field of study preferred **Work Experiences:** - 3+ years of IBM Sterling OMS implementation and support experience - Hands-on experience with the IBM Sterling Order Management platform - Hands-on experience with Sterling Web SOM preferred - Experience in integrating Order Management system with Commerce platforms and enterprise applications **Skills:** - Sterling Order Management development and customization experience - Sterling Web store experience customizing the store functionality - Design and develop solutions using Agile SDLC process - Collaborate with product teams in a fast-paced environment to deliver results quickly and efficiently - Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with individuals at various levels - Proven ability to work independently with strong analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail - Experience in converting business requirements to technical solutions - Ability to learn and adopt new tools and technologies to enhance capabilities and solution delivery - Familiarity with tools such as Git, Bitbucket, Confluence, and JIRA - Ability to work in an Onshore/Offshore model **Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain OMS features, integrations, and APIs. - Collaborate with product managers and QA to deliver high-quality features. - Participate in development, testing, and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Contribute to technical design discussions and propose design solutions. - Participate in the Agile Scrum processes. - Participate in software development activities to meet schedules and timelines. - Work with internal teams, including Product, Project Management, Development, and Quality Assurance, to deliver a high-quality solution. - Develop a thorough understanding of Academy policies, procedures, and safety rules. - Duties may change; Associates may be required to perform other duties as assigned. **Physical Requirements & Attendance** - Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties. - Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures, and rules governing professional staff behavior. - Regular in-office attendance is required. ## Equal Employment Opportunity Academy is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate with regard to employment opportunities or practices on the basis of race, religion, national origin, sex, age, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other category protected by law.**​**
