The Endoscopy RN will be responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case. Required Skills Strong clinical and communication skills. Ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced surgical environment. Proficiency in monitoring surgical patients and maintaining a sterile operating room environment. Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond quickly to changes in patient conditions. Knowledge of endoscopic procedures and surgical protocols. Required Experience Current RN license in the state of Arizona (required). Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Endoscopy RN, preferably in a gastroenterology or endoscopy setting. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications (required). Experience with endoscopic or GI surgery centers (preferred). Familiarity with surgical instruments, sterilization techniques, and patient monitoring equipment.
