Position Details Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week) Availability: Schedule may vary based on client needs but will not exceed 40 hours per week. Strong interest in preventative care and rehabilitation Excellent communication and teamwork skills Your Role Conduct pre-employment screenings Provide body mechanics training and job coaching Perform early intervention and ergonomic assessments Develop wellness and work simulation programs Ensure compliance with health and safety standards Key Responsibilities Implement on-site prevention programs Promote health initiatives and engage with staff Collaborate with HR, safety teams, and leadership Track and report program outcomes Physical Requirements Frequent walking, sitting, and computer use Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
