## Description Community Connections Inc. is looking for a **Employment Specialist** **** to join our Employment Services team based in South Yarmouth, MA. In this role you will support individuals with disabilities by providing comprehensive career planning, interview assistance and on-the-job advice. You will partner with individuals and businesses throughout the Cape Cod Community and aid Community Connections in their mission to provide optimal independence and enriching services to people with disabilities.
