This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who is looking to gain meaningful hands-on experience, manage a steady caseload, and grow within a dynamic and fast-paced litigation environment. ### **Role Overview** This full-time, in-office position is ideal for an attorney with at least 2 years of litigation experience who is ready to take ownership of cases and develop their skills. Responsibilities include: - Drafting pleadings, mediation briefs, demand letters, and managing written discovery - Taking and defending depositions - Handling law and motion practice - Participating in mediations - Assisting with trial preparation and strategy A strong working knowledge of California civil procedure and employment law is required.
