This role requires a visible, trusted presence across West Virginia. The ideal candidate understands that this is a person-to-person, relationship market and is energized by building credibility one conversation, one community, and one employer at a time. Responsibilities Build and manage an employer pipeline by identifying, prioritizing, and cultivating employers across West Virginia where child care challenges affect hiring, retention, attendance, or productivity. Maintain a consistent in-person presence at Rotary Club meetings, chambers of commerce, economic development authority meetings, HR and industry gatherings, and local business events where employers convene. Use discovery conversations to understand each employer’s workforce needs and communicate how Tri-Share can support recruitment, retention, productivity, and working parents. Guide business owners, executives, and HR leaders through the Tri-Share model, employer contribution options, State matching structure, and low administrative lift of participation. Move qualified employers from initial conversation through application, enrollment, and launch in coordination with the Tri-Share operations team. Build referral networks with chambers, EDAs, trade associations, workforce organizations, business service providers, and trusted local leaders who can champion the program. Create disciplined travel, outreach, and follow-up plans; maintain accurate CRM records for activity, pipeline, relationships, and enrollment progress. Tailor presentations and employer ROI conversations using program data, workforce trends, and local success stories. Represent employer feedback internally, sharing market insights, objections, partnership opportunities, and employer needs with program, marketing, and leadership teams.
