Employee Experience Specialist

**COMPENSATION:** $24-$27/hr DOE **STATUS:** Full-Time, W2 employee **SCHEDULE:** M-F 8am to 5pm **LOCATION:** Wasilla, AK ### The Mission Employee Engagement & IT Support Specialist, you'll keep Ancora's day-to-day tech running smoothly while helping employees feel heard, supported, and set up for success. This entry-level, onsite role exists to remove friction-so clinicians and teams can focus on care.
