If you like staying active, working with equipment, and making a direct impact on daily production, this role is for you. **What we offer:** - Annual Raises of up to **$1.00/hr every year!** - **Skills-Based Pay:** Earn as you learn an extra **$0.50/hr** per level (up to 4 levels). - **Career Advancement:** We believe in promoting from within and helping you climb the ladder. - **Safety First: We** prioritize a safe, clean, and **drug-free workplace** for everyone. **What You’ll Do** - Operate forklifts and combi lifts safely to transport materials - Load and unload scrap bins, bundles, racks, carts, and ovens - Follow production instructions and maintain material flow (F.I.F.O.) - Inspect materials and report defects to Quality or leadership - Label, bundle, and rack extrusions per instructions - Complete required production and packing documentation - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment **Requirements** - High School Diploma or equivalent - 2–3 years of manufacturing experience preferred - Ability to read, write, and speak English - Forklift/combi-lift experience required - Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment - Strong attention to safety and quality standards **Physical Requirements** - Ability to lift up to **50 lbs regularly** - Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift - Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with heat, noise, and moving equipment
