If you're passionate about helping others and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you! **Responsibilities:**Respond to service calls and perform a variety of restoration and cleaning services following our production guidelines. Support supervisors to ensure all customer needs are met. Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and ensure clean equipment appearance. Prepare rooms/areas for work activities and set up staging areas and equipment for each project. Leave job sites with a clean and orderly appearance. Perform production processes following Disaster Recovery Pros production guidelines as directed by the crew chief. Ensure clear two-way communication with the crew chief and other technicians, especially regarding customer needs and concerns. Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown to leave job sites with a clean and orderly appearance. Understand and follow safety and risk management guidelines on the job site, in the office, and while traveling. **Qualifications:** - Ability to communicate to customers - Experience in cleaning/restoration a plus - IICRC certifications are a plus - Able to successfully complete a background check, subject to applicable law. **Physical and Work Environment Requirements:** Able to regularly lift 50 pounds to 100 pounds with assistance. Ability to walk and stand for long periods, drive, sit, and climb. Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects.
