If you're passionate about helping others and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you! **Responsibilities:**Respond to service calls and perform a variety of restoration and cleaning services following our production guidelines. Support supervisors to ensure all customer needs are met. Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and ensure clean equipment appearance. Prepare rooms/areas for work activities and set up staging areas and equipment for each project. Leave job sites with a clean and orderly appearance. Perform production processes following Disaster Recovery Pros production guidelines as directed by the crew chief. Ensure clear two-way communication with the crew chief and other technicians, especially regarding customer needs and concerns. Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown to leave job sites with a clean and orderly appearance. Understand and follow safety and risk management guidelines on the job site, in the office, and while traveling. **Qualifications:** - Ability to communicate to customers - Experience in cleaning/restoration a plus - IICRC certifications are a plus - Able to successfully complete a background check, subject to applicable law. **Physical and Work Environment Requirements:** Able to regularly lift 50 pounds to 100 pounds with assistance. Ability to walk and stand for long periods, drive, sit, and climb. Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects. The IICRC, originally named the International Institute of Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning Inc. (IICUC), was founded in 1972 by Ed York. Since starting in 1972, the IICRC has evolved into a global organization with more than 49,000 active Certified Technicians and more than 6,500 Certified Firms around the world. The IICRC is managed by its Board of Directors, which is composed of 15 industry leaders elected by the IICRC’s Shareholders. The Board of Directors’ function is to represent the various interests of the applicants while leading the direction of the organization. The Board of Directors meets four times per year and is tasked with the responsibility of helping shape future policies of the organization and uphold the standards that help shape the industry.
