**Emergency Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) - Emergency & ICU | Full-Time | Shoreline, WA** **Overnight | Saturday–Tuesday | 9pm – 8am** **$30–40+/hr for LVTs + Shift Differentials + Generous CE Support + Sign on Bonus Available for Qualified Applicants!** The Animal Medical Center of Seattle is seeking a Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our Emergency & ICU team. AMCS is a 24/7 Emergency and Specialty hospital serving the greater Seattle area with services including Emergency/Critical Care, Surgery, Internal Medicine, Oncology, Neurology, and Diagnostic Imaging. Technicians at AMCS are highly utilized and actively involved in both routine and advanced patient care. Responsibilities include: - Triage and assessment of incoming emergency patients - Nursing care and continuous monitoring for critically ill and hospitalized patients - Administering medications, fluid therapy, blood products, and advanced treatments - Assisting with emergency procedures, diagnostics, anesthesia, and sedation - Performing laboratory sample collection, testing, and radiology support - Maintaining accurate medical records and patient documentation - Communicating clearly and compassionately with clients throughout the patient stay - Collaborating closely with ER doctors, specialists, and fellow support staff to provide efficient patient care - Supporting a clean, organized, and well-stocked treatment environment **What We’re Looking For** We are looking for technicians who are adaptable, team-oriented, and motivated to continue growing their technical and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced hospital environment.
