Working remotely (eligible states) from within the United States and reporting directly to the client’s Security Manager, the successful candidate will lead a small team of embedded analysts responsible for delivering timely, actionable intelligence across the Americas and Europe. This role offers the opportunity to shape and mature an intelligence program while building trusted partnerships with stakeholders in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. The Team Lead will oversee intelligence collection, monitoring, analysis, and reporting efforts to identify emerging threats, incidents, risks, and trends that may impact the client’s people, assets, operations, and reputation. In addition to producing high-quality intelligence assessments and briefings, the successful candidate will provide day-to-day leadership to the analyst team, establish intelligence priorities, support complex investigations, and drive continuous improvement across reporting, workflows, and program performance. The role requires strong analytical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable intelligence that supports operational and strategic decision-making. This is a full-time remote position based in the United States, working standard business hours Monday through Friday. The successful candidate will work closely with client stakeholders and Sibylline support teams to ensure the continued delivery and growth of a high-performing intelligence program while supporting the development and success of the embedded analyst team. **Essential Functions / Responsibilities** - Lead and mentor a small, embedded intelligence team, setting daily/weekly priorities, delegating tasks, and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery. - Partner with security stakeholders to define key intelligence requirements and maintain a clear tasking and escalation framework for routine reporting, RFIs, and incident-driven support. - Oversee all-source monitoring and analysis (including online and social signals as relevant) to identify emerging threats, security incidents, reputational risks, and trends; triage findings and escalate appropriately. - Produce and quality-assure concise, actionable intelligence products and verbal briefings designed to inform operational and leadership decision-making (rather than purely descriptive reporting). - Maintain and continuously improve SOPs, definitions, and analyst workflows for monitoring, incident response support, and reporting; identify gaps and redundancies and propose improvements. - Support program maturity through metrics and review cadences (e.g., quarterly KPI reviews / business reviews),…
