Elevator Consultant

**Department:** Vertical Transportation Lerch Bates is seeking an Elevator Consultant to join our Vertical Transportation team. This role supports a broad range of projects involving elevators, escalators, moving walkways, modernization programs, equipment assessments, maintenance audits, design consulting, and construction administration services. The Elevator Consultant serves as a trusted advisor to building owners, architects, contractors, and project teams by delivering technical expertise and practical solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
