Elementary Speech Language Pathologist (K-4) About the Opportunity: AnthroMed Education is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to support our school partner in Reading, PA for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a unique opportunity that can be tailored to your preferences including elementary, middle, and high school settings. This is a great opportunity to join a large, diverse, and evolving district with an ongoing commitment to expanding its in-person therapy services. Location: Reading, PA Duration: August 17 - June 4 Hours: Full-Time | 7:30AM-3PM Salary Range: $65,000 – $80,000 annualized salary What You'll Do: - Provide speech-language therapy services - Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders - Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) - Collaborate with families, special education teams, and support staff - Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with IDEA and state guidelines - Participate in IEP meetings, assessments, and team planning Caseload Details: - Caseloads range from 55–65 students - Blended caseload, autistic support classrooms & speech-only student - SLPs should expect to support speech-only students and students with more complex communication disorders (i.e. Autism, low-incidence disabilities) - Familiarity with AAC is beneficial, but not required Qualifications: - Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders - Valid Pennsylvania SLP License - Valid PA Education Specialist Certificate - School-based experience preferred, but not required - Strong communication and collaboration skills Why You'll Love Working with AnthroMed Education: - Competitive weekly pay: $65,000–$80,000 annually, based on experience, paid time off, pay during all school holidays including Thanksgiving Break, Winter Break, and Spring Break - Full medical, dental, and vision insurance (Medical PPO with $0 payroll deduction) - 401(k) with 100% employer match up to 3% (starting Day 1) - Paid parental leave and short-term disability (100% employer-sponsored) - Access to therapy materials, CEU resources, and regular team learning sessions - A collaborative and supportive team culture with bi-weekly meetings and peer support - Material Stipend: Receive a yearly stipend for materials - Full Reimbursement: Get 100% reimbursement for all Licensure dues - Free CEU’s and guest speaker series access - Personalized Support: Receive 1:1 guidance from a Clinical Director Apply now to learn more about our current openings and find the perfect fit for the 2026–2027 school year!
