QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree Preferred Master's Degree Valid Texas teacher's certificate Leadership experience in staff development, curriculum and assessment SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: At least 5 years of successful teaching experience Demonstrated expertise in content, curriculum development, student learning, test analysis, mentoring, and professional development as demonstrated by an advanced degree, advanced training and/or career experience Instructional expertise demonstrated through model teaching, team-teaching, video presentations, and student achievement gains Excellent communication skills and an understanding of how to facilitate growth in adults SEE ATTACHMENT FOR ADDITIONAL JOB INFORMATION While all applications will be reviewed, not all applicants will be interviewed.
