SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Instruction: Design and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans tailored to English Language Development. Assessment: Evaluate student progress through standardized tests, formal assignments, and informal daily observations. Collaboration: Partner with general classroom teachers to modify mainstream assignments and co-teach, ensuring EL students have access to all subjects.
