This position will support both the **Academic Health Care Center in Old Westbury on the Long Island campus** and the **Family Health Care Center in Central Islip**. Reporting to the Assistant Dean of Clinical Operations, the Electronic Health Records Systems Analyst will serve as a key resource for supporting, optimizing, and maintaining the electronic medical record system and related clinical technology workflows. The analyst will work closely with clinical leadership, providers, nurses, medical assistants, front desk staff, billing staff, IT, and external vendors to improve system functionality, strengthen workflows, support training, and enhance the overall use of the EMR across both clinical sites. The ideal candidate will have experience working with electronic medical records, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate clinical and operational needs into practical system improvements.
