We’re looking for an experienced Service Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate is a skilled professional who takes pride in quality work, communicates clearly with customers, and delivers exceptional service every time. What You’ll Do - Perform residential and light commercial electrical service work - Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues on-site - Complete installations, repairs, and upgrades safely and to code - Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams - Maintain clean, organized job sites and vehicles - Coordinate with dispatch and materials teams for efficient job execution What You Bring - 5 years of experience as a service electrician preferred - Strong knowledge of NEC code and residential electrical systems - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Must have and maintain required electrical tools - Valid Florida driver’s license with clean record (21+ for insurance purposes) - Must pass background check and drug screening What We Offer - Hourly pay range $22-$30 per hour DOE - Profit Sharing & 401(k) with financial planning support - Paid Vacation & Holidays after applicable waiting period - Health, Vision, Dental, and Supplemental Insurance options - Company-Paid Life Insurance - Company Vehicle & Fuel Card - Employee Referral Program Ready to Join Our Team?
