Pleasant, TX operations. This role is essential to maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations. **Essential Duties & Responsibilities** - Troubleshoot electrical systems throughout the plant - Maintain electrical equipment through preventive maintenance procedures - Assist in implementing new control systems - Research and develop improved electrical controls and processes - Track recurring electrical issues and develop corrective solutions - Identify equipment weaknesses related to electrical systems and recommend improvements - Understand technical functionality of electrical equipment and train operators/technicians on operation and troubleshooting - Support maintenance personnel to ensure efficient production operations - Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor **Education & Experience Requirements** - Industrial electrical experience with strong schematic reading skills - Additional electrical certifications (technical college or manufacturing certifications) preferred - **3–5 years experience preferred** **Benefits** - Competitive pay: **$20.25 - $33.00+/hr based on experience** - Medical, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) with company contributions - **Better Futures Program** – 2-year community college tuition paid for you or your dependents - Career advancement opportunities **EOE** **, including disability/Vets**
