As we scale our electrical division, we need skilled tradespeople who take pride in their craft and want to grow with us. **THE ROLE** This is a residential electrician position. You will sell, install, and service electrical systems for homeowners across Brevard County — representing Climate Experts with professionalism and delivering a 5-star experience on every call. You will have the freedom to run jobs from estimate to completion, backed by a full office team dedicated to making your day run smoothly. **WHAT YOU WILL OWN** - Sell and complete residential electrical installations, upgrades, and repairs - Diagnose complex electrical issues and provide safe, effective solutions - Install wiring, panels, lighting, and smart home systems - Read and interpret blueprints and schematics - Identify customer needs and recommend the right solutions - Deliver a white glove customer experience on every call - Keep accurate job documentation and reports - Maintain safety as a top priority always - Help train and mentor future team members as the department grows **WHAT WE OFFER** - Hourly wage + uncapped commission up to 10% of project profits - $80,000–$130,000+ annual earning potential - No on-call.
