**Maintenance Electrician (Industrial Manufacturing)** *Posted by Autonomy Staffing on behalf of an established steel manufacturer* **Location:** Kent, WA *(on-site)* **Pay:** $30-$45/hour DOE **Shift:** 12 days on / 2 days off — 8-hour shifts (see options below) **Type:** Full-time, direct hire — union position (Teamsters Local 117) **About the Role** An established industrial wire manufacturer in the Kent, WA area is hiring a Maintenance Electrician to keep production machinery running. You'll install, modify, repair, and program electrical systems and components on industrial equipment. Full-time, direct-hire union role with strong benefits and a team that values safety and quality. **Shift Options** - **1st:** 7:00 AM–3:30 PM - **2nd:** 3:00 PM–11:30 PM - **3rd:** 11:00 PM–7:30 AM **What You'll Do** - Install power supply wiring and conduit for machines and equipment - Connect and disconnect power supply wiring - Troubleshoot transformers, motors, control boards, and other equipment - Replace faulty electrical components - Work with coworkers and supervisors to diagnose equipment failures - Follow all safety regulations and keep a clean work area **What You Need** - Previous experience as a maintenance electrician - Experience with PLCs, drives, and up to 480V (no license required) - Able to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics - Mill or heavy-industrial experience a plus - Must be 18+ and able to lift up to 75 lbs - Must pass background, drug/alcohol, and physical screenings **Benefits** - Medical, dental, and vision - HSA and Dependent Care FSA - Company-paid base life insurance, plus Life & AD&D - Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - 401(k) and pension (Teamsters Union) - 9 paid holidays, plus paid vacation and sick time **Apply today through Autonomy Staffing** — apply here and a recruiter will reach out, or give us a call.
