FieldWorks is built specifically to plan, mobilize, and execute work in union labor environments, combining experienced nuclear and energy leadership with deep technical expertise, workforce planning, labor coordination, and field execution capabilities. Through strong partnerships with customers and union halls, FieldWorks develops and deploys highly skilled craft and specialty technical talent for complex maintenance, outage, and project-based work. About the role The Manager, Electrical FieldWorks is responsible for building, leading, and growing TNC FieldWorks' electrical capabilities, with a focus on developing and deploying highly skilled union craft and specialty technical teams for complex maintenance, testing, commissioning, outage, and project work across nuclear, power generation, and energy-adjacent markets. This role combines deep electrical expertise with crew development, customer leadership, and field execution. Working closely with customers, union halls, field personnel, and company leadership, this individual helps identify critical skill needs, build and develop high-performing crews, and establish a dependable pipeline of technical talent. As an early FieldWorks leader, the Electrical Manager will help stand up the electrical organization, develop future technical leaders, and build trusted relationships with customers, key stakeholders, and union partners.
