With a focus on pioneering image science, innovation, and collaboration with industry partners and customers, Miraclon is committed to the future of Flexo and continues to be positioned to lead the charge**.** **Key Responsibilities** - **Preventative Maintenance & Inspection:** Routinely inspects electrical systems, circuits, motors, and panels to identify hazards or defects before they cause failures. - **Troubleshooting & Repair:** Diagnoses malfunctions using testing devices (voltmeters, ohmmeters, oscilloscopes) and repairs/replaces faulty wiring, breakers, or components. - **Installation & Upgrades:** Installs new electrical systems, conduits, and equipment, following blueprints, schematics, and the National Electrical Code (NEC). - **System Testing:** Tests the performance of electrical systems and components to ensure they operate efficiently. - **Documentation:** Maintains accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections. **Requirements & Qualifications** - **Experience:** Proven experience (often 3-5+ years) as a maintenance electrician in industrial or commercial environments. - **Technical Skills:** Deep knowledge of electrical systems (120v-480v three-phase), PLC troubleshooting, and motor controls. - **Safety Knowledge:** Thorough understanding of safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, NFPA 70E). - **Tools:** Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and electrical diagnostic equipment. **Common Qualifications** - High school diploma or equivalent; certification in electrical maintenance or completion of an apprenticeship is often preferred. - Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. **Comprehensive Benefits Include:** - Health, Dental and Vision - Flexible vacation policy - 401K - Life Insurance
