About the role The Electrical Superintendent - FieldWork s serves as the on-site technical authority for electrical and I&C work during outages, maintenance activities, and specialty projects across nuclear, power generation, and energy-adjacent markets. Working closely with the Manager, Electrical FieldWorks, customers, and union craft personnel, this role provides day-to-day technical direction and field oversight to electricians and I&C technicians, reviews work packages and technical documentation prior to execution, and helps ensure work is performed safely and in accordance with quality, customer, and regulatory requirements. The Electrical Lead also serves as a trusted technical resource and mentor in the field, helping develop craft capability, strengthen technical performance, and build high-performing crews. Responsibilities Field Leadership & Technical Oversight Serve as the on-site technical authority for electrical and I&C activities during outages, maintenance projects, and specialty field work. Provide day-to-day technical direction and field oversight to union electricians, I&C technicians, and specialty technical personnel in accordance with established union work practices.
