We are looking for an Electrical helper to join our crew in the Stockton office. You will be assisting in weatherheads, homerun circuits / Termination and Breakers. You will also be doing things such as install and repair of electrical equipment, fixtures, and various types of conductors. You will have steady year-round employment with competitive pay based on everyone's demonstrated trade skills. Responsibilities: - Install and repair electrical equipment and fixtures - Install various types of conductors - Weatherheads - Install conduit PVC and EMT - Homerun circuits / Termination and Breaker Qualifications: - Experience in retrofitting - Familiarity with electrical equipment and hand tools - Strong problems solving and critical thinking - Required 1 year of in the field residential experience Benefits: - 401k after 1 year of employment - Medical insurance at no cost for the employee - Out of pocket for their dependents (Discount) - Dental insurance - Vision insurance - Vacation 40hr. per year eligible after 1 year of employment - Paid 5 days sick time
