We’re currently seeking a **Commercial Electrical Foreman** to join our team of driven professionals committed to excellence and growth. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and manage crews on commercial electrical job sites - Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications - Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and other trades - Ensure all work is completed according to code, schedule, and safety standards - Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports and material tracking - Train, mentor, and evaluate electrical apprentices and journeymen **Requirements:** - 5+ years of commercial electrical experience - Proven leadership skills with experience running crews - Strong understanding of NEC codes and OSHA safety practices - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics - Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation - Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred **We also offer a full benefits package that includes:** · Health Insurance - 4 different plans to choose from · Dental/Vision/Life · 401K Matching · Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays · Employee Referral Program **Physical Requirements** - Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. - Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb as needed during the workday. - Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. - Ability to safely navigate construction sites, including uneven surfaces and ladders. - Must be able to use hand tools and power tools required for electrical tasks. - Ability to wear required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, boots, etc.). - Must be able to perform job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
