Junior Electrical Engineer (0–3 years) Electrical Engineer (3–6 years) Senior Electrical Engineer (6–10 years) Staff/Principal Electrical Engineer (10+ years) What You Might Work On Circuit design, schematic capture, and PCB layout Power distribution, wiring harness, and electrical system architecture Component selection, signal integrity, and EMI/EMC compliance Testing, validation, and debugging of electrical systems Cross-functional collaboration with mechanical, systems, and controls teams What We Look For Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's a plus for senior-level roles) Experience with schematic/PCB tools (Altium, OrCAD, or similar) Familiarity with electrical standards and compliance testing Experience ranging from recent graduates to engineers with 10+ years leading electrical design programs Why Join Our Talent Network Get connected before roles are publicly posted Be matched to opportunities that fit your specific experience level and interests No commitment required — this is simply an opportunity to introduce yourself Interested?
