AECOM's broad technical capabilities, global footprint and experience in executing large scale projects uniquely position us to lead in traditional steam, thermal power generation and advanced nuclear technologies. It is an excellent career opportunity for an engineer with a strong technical background and looking to grow into a project technical leadership role.* The responsibilities of this role also include, but may not be limited to, the following: - Support Nuclear Technical Lead and Department Manager with strategic resourcing initiatives - Supervise and lead a team of electrical engineers through their individual and team technical development for greater utility to the organization and overall career satisfaction - Serve as Electrical Lead/Engineering of Record on all size projects maintaining responsibility for deliverable development and contributing to the design work - Lead improvements in project efficiencies by creating, updating, and implementing group specific standards/templates and researching and recommending software packages/plug-ins - Develop task and deliverable list with associated hours estimate and schedule to support business development activities - Multi-discipline collaboration on the development of equipment general arrangements, P&ID’s, asset and tie-in lists, orthographic, etc. - Provides technical expertise for risk assessments, due diligence and other studies presenting complex technical solutions to clients. - Supporting projects through complete life cycle including the feasibility phase, preliminary and detailed design, issue-for-bid, construction, start-up, and commissioning - Directing and contributing to the development of electrical engineering lists, specifi…
