## Description Performs installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of a variety of electrical systems, equipment and solutions - · Install, maintain, modify and repair all electrical distribution systems and associated electrical equipment. - · Inspect and test components of electrical systems, including transformers, transfer switches, etc. - · Complete work orders and record material utilized on jobs. - · Run computer cables, connect computer jacks, plugs and test for adequate operation. (PLC experience). - · Utilize electrical schematics and manufacturer’s installation manuals to complete assigned projects. - · Survey electrical systems, circuits and schematics. - · Inspect work to ensure compliance with internal and external standards. - · Follow proper safety procedures (PPE, LOTO, proper grounding, and proper test procedures i.e. to minimize chance of shock or accident). - · Perform related work as required. Monday-Friday 6am-2:45pm, possible overtime. **Pay is Pending experience****.** - - Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance - Two Retirement Plans - 401k and Employee Stock - Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays - Paid Shutdown Week - EAP and Wellness Program - Tuition Reimbursement - Employee Owned Company ## Requirements - Knowledge of AC and DC circuits, high and low voltage, single and multi-phase, including international electrical standards. - Working knowledge of electrical standard practices, tools and terminology of the electrical trade working knowledge of electrical theory; - Working knowledge of the safety hazards of the work and of the necessary safety precautions - Ability to interpret electrical schematics, ability to make repairs to electrical wiring fixtures and equipment - Ability to perform manual work over extended periods of time - Skill in the use of electrical maintenance and repair equipment; - Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates. - High School Graduate - Electrical apprenticeship/certificate preferred. - Demonstrable electrical system installation and maintenance experience required. - • 3+ years experience preferred. - • PLC experience preferred but not required. - • Basic principles of general maintenance and operation. • Standard practices, materials, tools, and equipment. • Learn to understand, interpret, and apply department policies, rules, regulations, and procedures. • Read work instructions and safety labels. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. REASONING ABILITY- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
