Responsible for oversight and mentoring of EHS personnel. **Purpose:** Leads the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of TEAM’s EHS strategy to promote a safe, compliant, and injury-free workplace across all locations. Promotes EHS awareness and positive attitudes toward EHS measures by working to eliminate hazards, strengthen safe work practices, and support a proactive safety culture. Designs EHS awareness programs, conducts or coordinates EHS training, and coordinates EHS reporting, policies, and program priorities with all plant locations. **Essential Duties/Responsibilities**: · Ensure a safe work environment for self and others. Follows all safety rules and regulations. Demonstrate commitment to safety program · Creates and/or maintains and implements EHS policies in compliance with local, state, and federal rules and regulations including but not limited to OSHA, EPA, and DOT · Develops, implements, and continuously improves company-wide EHS goals, metrics, action plans, KPI’s, and program priorities in alignment with business needs and regulatory expectations · Tracks and communicates EHS performance indicators such as injury trends, near misses, corrective actions, audit findings, training completion, OSHA recordkeeping, and regulatory compliance status · Tracks corrective and preventive actions to closure, utilizing current on-line EHS platform: assigning accountability, verifying effectiveness, and escalating unresolved risks as appropriate · Provides leadership, direction, mentoring, and performance support for EHS personnel, including coaching team members, aligning priorities, supporting professional development, and ensuring consistent execution of EHS responsibilities across locations · Coordinates/maintains with all plant locations to conduct Corporate EHS audits and to create a solid work instruction and calendar of reporting requirements by location · Responsible for environmental compliance and government reporting, may include but not limited to participation in hazardous waste, air permitting, stormwater, wastewater, chemical management, spill prevention, SDS management, environmental recordkeeping, and required reporting, such as TIER II, Form R, AEI, etc. · May coordinate with third parties to ensure environmental policies, audits, and reporting are complete and maintained · Provides assistance as needed/requested within the EHS discipline in all TEAM locations · Responsible to oversee training for TEAM Members in EHS both during orientation and on an ongoing basis as necessary or required by law; cond…
