The report contains information on security policies as well as crime and fire statistics for the University. ## Description **\*\*IMPORTANT: Please attach a copy of your Fall 2026 academic schedule to this application.\*\*** **Position Description:** The **Educational Media: Student A/V Technician(s)** will assist in providing technical support in classrooms and/or event spaces on campus. Support tasks include, but are not limited to: - Turning audiovisual equipment on/off in classrooms and event spaces on campus - Assisting users with the technology in classrooms and/or event spaces - Troubleshooting audiovisual equipment issues - Setting up audiovisual equipment (microphones, projectors, etc.) for classes and events Additionally, they may provide administrative support to the Educational Media department. Administrative tasks include, but are not limited to: - Answering phones - Greeting visitors to the office - Taking detailed messages for staff follow-up as necessary ## Requirements - Strong customer service and organizational skills - Reliable and patient with others - Basic troubleshooting skills - Strong communication skills - Ability to work independently - A willingness to learn
