Education Specialist -Extensive Support Needs-Tustin

We are looking for a committed Education Specialist to complement our qualified workforce of educators. You will be involved in the preparation and implementation of a full educational teaching plan according to the school's requirements. It will be fundamental to provide knowledge and instruction to students while also helping them develop their personalities and skills. The ideal candidate will be passionate for the job with an ability to reach out to students and create a relationship of mutual trust. They will know how to organize a class and make learning an easy and meaningful process.nDuties and Responsibilities nnProvide individualized instruction to each student by promoting interactive learning nPlan and execute educational in-class activities and events nDevelop and enrich professional skills and knowledge by attending seminars and conferences nObserve and understand student's behavior and psyche and make recommendations for the student nAccess and record student's progress and provide feedbacknnProfessional RequirementsnnBachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution nCalifornia Special Education Credential Moderate/Severe (with Autism Certificate) or Moderate/Severe Intern, preliminary, or cleared Credential Required nRelevant teaching experience preferred nTraining in applied behavior analysis and experience with functional, community-based curriculum n ### Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Life Insurance, Pet Discount Program, PTO
