The YMCA of the North Shore is seeking caring, dependable, and enthusiastic **part-time** **Floating Teachers** to support our Early Learning Center in Cape Ann. As a Floating Teacher, you will assist classroom teachers and center leadership in providing a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment for children. Apply today!** - Must be at least 16 years of age and have completed or be currently enrolled in high school or an equivalent program - Must meet all applicable childcare requirements established by the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) or the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) - **Schedule available: Monday to Friday, 8:30-12:30 and Monday to Friday, 12:30-4:30** ## Requirements: - Demonstrate an understanding of child growth and development and the ability to apply that knowledge when working with children - Review and comply with YMCA policies, including the Health Care Policy, Parent Handbook, and Child Abuse Prevention policies - Maintain current Infant/Child CPR and First Aid certifications - Complete all required training, certifications, and program orientation in accordance with EEC or NH DHHS regulations and YMCA of the North Shore requirements ## Work Environment & Physical Demands - Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds…
