Role Summary As an Early Childhood Teacher Assistant, you will provide essential support in the classroom to ensure a safe, nurturing, and high-quality learning environment. Working under the guidance of a Certified Teacher, you will assist with small-group instruction, manage classroom transitions, and support the social-emotional growth of every student. You will work collaboratively with a dedicated team to implement creative activities that spark wonder and build the foundational skills our scholars need for Kindergarten and beyond. Why You'll Succeed (Qualifications) Educational Foundation: To join our team, you must meet one of the following:Minimum of 60 semester hours of college credit (certified transcript required). OR A passing score on the ParaPro� Assessment. OR Completion of Missouri's 20-hour substitute training program. Certified Professional: You must hold a valid Substitute Teacher Certification from the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (MO DESE). Proven Experience: You have a heart for children and verified experience working with young learners in a structured environment.
