Early Childhood Teacher - Part Time

**Benefits:** - Opportunity for advancement - Training & development **We are currently hiring part time staff!M-F shift, starting between 1:00-3:00 PM (depending on your needs) until the end of our day at 6:30 PM** As a Preschool Teacher at **Primrose School of Schertz** located at 4993 Schertz Pkwy, Schertz Tx 78154 you will help young minds explore, discover and understand the world around them. We are an accredited private preschool that provides a premier educational child care experience. We offer year-round programs for children from infant through fourth grade. Our Teacher to Student Ratio aligns with our National and State Accreditation Requirements. We assign two or three teachers per classroom to ensure continuity of care and consistency for your daily break, planning time, and when staff take PTO. Overtime is available for staff who stay to help cover a classroom when a teacher is out. Infants: 2:8 Toddlers: 2:12 Two's: 2:16 Three's: 2:26 Four's: 2:26 School Age: 2:26 **Benefits:** *(Part Time employees only)* - Starting wage is **$13.50/hour** - Consistent Schedule : Monday - Friday (No Weekends) - Up to a 3% annual raises based on performance and attendance - Free Lunch prepared by our school chef - Off on most Federal Holidays - Off Dec 25th - Jan 1st every year - Paid Training Days with meals and snacks - Holiday Party - Recognition with Awards **Primary Responsibilities:** - Is responsible for the overall supervision and daily class functions of a group of children. - Observes all rules and regulations at Primrose and the local, state or national regulatory agencies - Implements the provided lesson plans and daily classroom schedule - Maintains an attractive, well-kept classroom - Provides verbal recognition and acceptance to children while providing clear and consistent expectations for the children's behavior. **Get everything you need to give children everything they need.** At Primrose School of Schertz, you bring the passion, and we’ll give you all the tools and training to be successful.
