Early Childhood Teacher

This position is responsible for the overall care of children in the Intergenerational Learning Center. This includes the planning and implementation of age appropriate programs, development of interesting, stimulating and challenging indoor and outdoor environments, and planning appropriate daily activities. This role is also responsible for developing an intergenerational program and nurturing interaction between elders and children. Included in these responsibilities are maintaining the classroom, preparing materials for the children and certain clerical and record-keeping duties. Providence is seeking for a full time Teacher to join our team of compassionate, reliable and open-hearted early childhood educators at Providence Mount St. Vincent’s Intergenerational Learning Center (ILC). Or - Associate's Degree AA in ECE or Child Development or an AA in another field with at least 12 ECE related credits as determined by the program manager.
