**About the Role:** We are seeking an experienced **Early Childhood Education Disabilities Coordinator** to join our team in **Whiteville, NC**. In this role, you will provide supervision, support, training, and technical assistance for classroom staff in support of quality early childhood education services. **Minimum Qualifications:** - Bachelors in early childhood education (ECE), Child Development, Special Education, Early Intervention, or related field with 6 courses (18 credits) in early childhood education; Head Start, supervisory and related years of experience. - Experience working with children with disabilities in an educational setting **Preferred Qualifications:** - Masters in early childhood education (ECE), Child Development, Special Education, Early Intervention, or related field with 6 courses (18 credits) in early childhood education; Head Start, supervisory and related years of experience. Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred. - Experience providing training and support to teachers and staff on best practices for working with children **Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans for each child - Provide training and support to teachers and staff on best practices for working with young children - Recruit, screen, interview, and hire classroom staff in cooperation with Center Director and appropriate staff following guidelines established in Grow Early Learning's Personnel Policies.
