You aren’t just "monitoring"—you are actively playing, moving, and engaging a child to help them meet their goals. - **Teach Through Action:** Use creative, high-movement methods to teach communication, social cues, and daily living skills. - **Data & Collaboration:** Collect progress data and collaborate with supervising BCBAs to ensure the child is thriving. - **Support Families:** Build trust with parents through consistent, upbeat communication and in-home support. **Work Environment:** This role operates exclusively in the client's home environment. You must feel comfortable working inside client homes and visiting neighborhoods within the assigned Crestline, OH territory. **What You Bring:** - **The "Spark":** You are naturally outgoing, energetic, and comfortable being high-energy to keep a child engaged and learning. - **Experience:** 1+ year of experience working with children (daycare, camp counselor, teaching, coaching, or similar) is **required**. - **Reliability:** You must have reliable transportation to travel to client homes in the Marion area. - **Commitment to Growth:** Passing RBT Certification within 90 days of hire is required (we will help you study and cover the cost!). - **Training:** Proof of completion of a 40-hour Behavior Technician training course is **preferred but not required to interview**. **Job Details:** - **Part-time:** 20 hours/week - **Pay:** $17–$22/hr - **Benefits:** PTO, professional development Join a company that values people over profit.
