Through hands-on project work, structured development, and exposure to our operations, you’ll build a strong foundation for a long-term career at Williams—while living out our values of being collaborative, courageous, creative, and competitive. **Program Overview** Our 18 month track is designed to develop well-rounded engineers through targeted onboarding, real-world experience, and intentional skill-building.Your journey begins at our corporate headquarters in Tulsa, OK, where you’ll participate in a 6–8-week onboarding experience focused on: - Building core professional and technical skills - Developing business and financial acumen - Strengthening communication and collaboration capabilities - Enhancing technical skills, including Excel and data analysis - Gaining exposure to our field operations through immersive site experience(s) This experience is designed to help you build confidence early, think creatively about challenges, and collaborate effectively across teams.
